An original signed drypoint etching with pochoir on Arches paper by Spanish artist Salvador Dali (1904-1989) titled "Le Musée de Genie et du Caprice (The Museum of Genius and Whim)", 1974. Hand pencil signed by Dali lower right and numbered lower left. Comes from the 1974 "After 50 Years of Surrealism" portfolio of 12 drypoint etchings with pochoir. Printed by Rigal, Paris, France and published by Transworld Art, New York, NY. Transworld Art chopmark/blindstamp lower left and their ink stamp on verso lower left. Arches watermark lower right. Reference: Field 74-8-L, page 94-95.
