Based on the original brush and ink drawing on paper made by Picasso in the Chateau of Vauvenargues, Passe de Cape was printed in 1960. This piece in particular, illustrates a dramatic moment in which the bull charges the cape of the matador. The picador watches in the background, ready to step in for the final phase of the killing to begin. The bullfight was a subject Picasso returned to frequently, as it was one of his favorite spectator sports.

This lithograph is printed on BFK Reves paper. Signed 'Picasso' in the plate and numbered in pencil lower left.

Passed de Cape, 1960 is framed to museum-grade, conservation standards, presented in a complimentary moulding and finished with silk-wrapped mats and optical grade Plexiglass.
