Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Dawson Cole Fine Art gift cards are valid toward the purchase of original artwork at Dawson Cole Fine Art galleries in Laguna Beach or Palm Desert, or online at lagunabeach.dawsoncolefineart.com. For online purchases, the provided gift card code must be entered at checkout. For in-gallery purchases, the physical gift card must be presented at the time of sale.

Gift cards are issued with a value of either $500 or $1,000.
$1,000 gift cards are valid on purchases of $10,000 or more. If applied to a purchase below $10,000, the card will be honored at a value of $500.
$500 gift cards are valid on purchases of $2,500 or more.

Gift cards are valid for one-time use only, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents, applied toward a prior purchase, or combined with any other sale, discount, or promotional offer.

Gift cards may not be used toward the purchase of art books, note cards, DVDs, archival prints, pedestals, special promotions, or memo (consignment) works. All purchases made using a gift card are final sale. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for merchandise purchased with a gift card. Sales tax, where applicable, will be collected separately at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance, as recorded by Dawson Cole Fine Art. The recorded issuance date governs the validity period.

Dawson Cole Fine Art reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of redemption.
